Tickets Refunds and Exchanges 

We are unable to refund or exchange tickets once they have been purchased. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase to make sure you have selected the correct date and time for your visit. Please note that if we cannot open for any reason such as wet weather, or stock availability then we will issue you a refund to the card you purchased the ticket from.  

Entry Time Slot 

Tickets are for sale in 15-minute time slots. Please make sure that you arrive within the time slot selected. So, if you booked a 10am – 10.15am time slot you must arrive within that 15-minute window. Once you are on-site you may stay as long, as you like. This window is to reduce the risk of a long entry line forming.  

Young Children and Babies 

Entry to the event is free to babies and children under the age of 2.   

Dogs at Pumpkin Week   

Due to health and safety dogs are NOT permitted at this event.   

Accessibility   

Please be aware this is a working farm with uneven terrain if you have any concerns or need advice please email info@secretts.co.uk.   

Refreshments   

Only food and drink purchased at the event may be consumed in the PYO enclosure. We serve hot food from 11am which includes pumpkin curry, soup, BBQ sausages in bread. Hot & cold drinks, snacks including our pumpkin cake is served from 9am.
